Or will he be having to live in Poland for sometime before being able to move to London?

Better check that he will be able to live in Poland too......he'll need a visa to stay there for any length of time, I would assume.....same as the UK. Also it would be interesting to know why he was turned away, once he had arrived. I guess in the UK, like in the USA, just because you have a Visa, it does not guarantee entry into the country (which is sth I just don't understand).

The only thing you can do is go on living your life and just treat people how you would like to be treated....if they are going to assume all Irish people are uneducated and stupid, then that's their problem and their loss. It's a shame when people have a negative impression of an entire nation based on heresy or a few people they may have come across. Be yourself with these girls, and if they don't want to be friends with you, then screw em....it's their loss that they are so closed minded, IMHO. :)

So are you making the argument that a woman who cannot have a child of her own, should not be allowed to adopt a child, just because she cannot breastfeed? Keep in mind, many mother's who give birth don't breast feed or are unable to for various reasons.....are you saying a child is only truly loved if they have been breast fed? What a crock!!!!

Why are there no Polish gay bars in Chicago? Do gay Polish men avoid gathering so they cannot be identified as gay? My guess for a partial explanation is that many are married and have children. Any thoughts?

That's an interesting question and observation.....

I am living in the UK, is there any way to exchange my US one with Polish or I could pay for Genuine Polish DL if necessary.

Why not just get a UK license? It makes no sense for you to get a Polish Drivers license when you live in the UK?

LOL....I strongly beg to differ on that note......I know some 50, 60 and even 70 year olds still struggling to become responsible adults.....trust me, not everyone becomes one.;)

maybe because there is no higher power to begin with.

Maybe for you, there is not, but for me and many others there is.....oh well, to each his own.

if there is a higher power, everything we have done wrong can be laid at his feet, the higher power could of stopped it dead cold.

Why should he stop it when it is our mess.....I believe the duck said it before....we have free will....we can choose to do all these things or we can be responsible for our actions and do the next right thing.......let me share my own experience....I'm the youngest in my family and whenever I did something stupid, someone was always there to bail me out, either financially or emotionally......even after my parents died, my brothers and sister did the same thing......I was 28 years old before I realized I could actually take care of myself and my own problems and that was a great feeling. For sometime I held resentments towards my family because they slowed the process down for me to grow up......then I realized, I was the one who allowed it to begin with and I ended up being the one to change it.....are my siblings still there for me? Absolutely, although now it's not because I need them to "fix" my problems. Life is so much sweeter when we can correct our own wrongs or when we accomplish something through our own hard work.....maybe that is what god wants us to experience and feel?

Maybe so we all could strive to be a little more like "him" instead of expecting to be handed Utopia on a silver platter. God did not create the problems of the world.....we humans managed to do that all by ourselves......perhaps we should be accountable and try to fix them ourselves too......just a thought!:)

So where EXACTLY does she deny that the man is African? From what I see, she is just stating that color is not a factor when it comes to spreading HIV (the disease does not distinguish between race, religion, gender or age). It says nothing even remotely eluding to the fact that the man is not African.

You certainly have a way of perceiving things that just aren't there, Puzzler.......the term that comes to mind is DELUSIONAL ;)

It was those native speakers who spoke SO loudly, just to try to impress people by the fact that they speak English!

I'm somewhat confused.....when you say native speakers, are you talking about natives of Poland who speak English, or actual native English speakers?

If it is native English speakers you are refering to, I doubt they were speaking loud to impress people.....probably just the way they talk normally.....I'm an American, and I never understood the stereotype of the "loud American" until I was sitting in Luton Airport, waiting on my flight to Gdansk.....there were 2 American girls talking about their plans for when they arrive in Scotland.....their voices carried a long way, but I think it's just their natural voices....may not be pleasant, but I don't think loud speaking is due to wanting to impress.

I don't know anything about the woman, but to me, she exhibits the finest qualities a human being can possess....her love was strong and she honored her vows....through sickness and in health.....it's a shame more people don't do that these days. She's definitely a woman of fine character.

Let's not forget, Murzynka, that he is also a xenophobe. Don't worry about his rants and contradictions.....most everyone who reads his posts know what Puzzler is all about......of course he'll probably come on here and say "prove it".....so predictable....lol.

I agree with you 100% that he likes to twist the words of others to form to his own agenda, yet when he is called out on anything, he cannot see where he is exhibiting the same behaviours and attitudes of those that he is accusing.

BTW, it's great to have such an intelligent lady join the forum.....I look forward to reading more of your posts. :)
