Love / Hard to talk things: Sexual diseases - would Polish women be honest about that? [137]

You are right Krysia. I dont think anyone here wants to punish someone who has contracted a STD. That being said, I wish people who made mistakes or believed the myth that casual sex is a liberating lifestyle without consequence or harm to anyone would speak up and let the younger people know that it can be a dangerous and even deadly choice. Imagine finding that person that you want to be with forever and having to explain to them why you carry a disease that will complicate the rest of your life and theirs if they choose to stay with you.

It was only luck that kept me from contracting one. The wife and I wish we had kept our virginity to give to each other, but it didn't work out that way. Some of you will laugh at that, and thats OK, doesn't change my reality.

Love / What do Polish women think of feminism? [99]

The actresses are forced again by the male pigs?

In the feminist mind, Women are always the victim. Any situation they dont like is always caused by men.

If we were really interested in equallity, any law that mentions sex or race would be struck down. Law should treat all equally. But thats not the goal.

Love / What do Polish women think of feminism? [99]

I am always suprised how generally educated people view raising children as a waste of a life.

IMO. The woman who decided to be a lawyer and worked till she was 35 or 40 and then spent every dime she ever earned to try and become pregnant is the woman who wasted her life. I know too many people like that.

I think women (or men) who devote themselves to raising children are heroes and the best people around.

Food / Hare, rabbit, boar, venison, pheasant, grouse, squirrel, etc.? [21]

[quote=wildrover]if it was a matter of survival , then i would eat anything...

I come across this statement quite often. Truth be told, If it was a matter of survival, few people would have the skills or equipment to do so (skills being the more important). If you choose not to eat meat I am cool with that, I expect the same from you though.

USA, Canada / Do you think Americans are idiots. [149]

[quote=Seanus]What incentives are the US govt providing then? There needs to be some as couples aren't stupid enough to burden themselves with 5 kids, just so that they can compete with Asia. What a farcical idea!

Why should we commit racial and cultural suicide to benefit others who could care less about the state of the world?

Have you ever seen the movie "Who killed the electric car" It explains a lot about why things are the way they are. Basically you have a vehicle that requires little or no Maint, has no need for 80% of fuel related infrastructure, has a fuel source that can be generated at home (read as untaxable), and would starve the federal govt of revenue.

whokilledtheelectriccar.com
I own this DVD and have loaned it to 30+ people.

Few people know this, but, imported crude oil is taxed at 25% by the federal govt. This is the real reasondomestic production is actively discouraged. Then add the taxes at the pump.

Its all about the cash, and our govts are more than happy to sell us out to remain in power and wealthy.

(didnt know I was a radical did ya?)

There are valid points all around.

I saw refugees from Lebanon, Egypt, Somalia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, Malaysia, etc. All come here over the last 30+ years. They have all been generally Christian or Buddhist who have escaped real, life threatening, persecution from the brand of Islam that is being cultivated today(Wahabi). At this time, it would be comparable to forcing the UK to accept Nazi immagrants during the war. You have the right to choose who and when immigration takes place into your country as an indigenous people I say.

If you can enter their countries, why can't they enter yours?

They can. Look, they have been making war on us (and you BTW)for 30 years now. Its time to call it what it is and stop being a p*ssy. IMO.

All muslims should be denied Visas.

Muslims have been here for some time. We had a great influx of them in the 1970s and 80s after Iran had its revolution. I will side with PP on this issue. Maybe in 20 years when this radicalization peters out we should try again, but for now, you only invite trouble.

Food / Horsemeat, anyone? [62]

I ride fairly often. Love horses. I guess the question for me is this, what do we do with the large number of homeless horses? Is it unethical to make some use of 1000lbs of protein? Understand that I am opposed to raising horses for meat, but, can we find a practical solution?

I know that horseparks now count your animals when you go in and again when you leave. Many desperate people abandon their animals at the park now. When slaughterhouses were available people didnt have to abandon them. What is the solution?

Please dont be angry with me for asking.

Food / Horsemeat, anyone? [62]

Then the media lies because I've seen stories on televisions about horses sold to slaughterhouses to sell their meat overseas. The media never mentions it's illegal to do this.

I think the last horse slaughterhouse in the states closed in '06.

I embrace my redneck side. Funny that you mentioned Georgia, My niece got married on the beach 2 weeks ago. Partied in Savannah a few nights and met a remarkable number of people from the UK. Visited Ft. Pulaski while there also.

Managed to slip out with the bride to be for some off-shore fishing as well. Much Yuengling beer was consumed.

Dave Chappelle was funny til he exited the limelight.

Daves mother lives about 10 miles North of me. I met him at a restaurant where he eats lunch regularly. Nice guy. We have a mutual friend.

Thanks Sean, Look, I dont think Americans are gods gift to humanity or anything like that. We have things we do well and things that we don't. Europeans are basically the same way. I think many people try to break us down using emotional arguments that really have no effect but to generally amuse us. You're dumb, you're fat, etc. That **** would devastate my wife, but not me. Our self-esteem just isn't that fragile.

It would be an honor to drink with you good sir.

You should check out Hunter S, Thompson. A uniquely American author R.I.P.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunter_S._Thompson

In his will, he requested that his body be cremated and his ashes shot out of a cannon while his friends drank glasses of his favorite scotch whiskey.
