Travel / From Poland to Kaliningrad: car rental and insurance required [6]

Hello everyone!

I've been finding it difficult to get a car for rent allowed to go to Kaliningrad.
Some car rental agencies in Krakow told me their cars cannot cross the Russian border.
Do you know any car rental companies which allow me to cross the Russian border, go to Kaliningrad and go back to Poland?
