Language / When does polish "ch" sound like eng "ch" and when is it "h"? [59]

Are there official rules as to when "ch" makes the english "h" and when it makes the english "ch" sound? Ive heard it as 'ch' as in chowa, but mostly it is just an 'h.'

I suspect it is either placement or something to do with vowels surrounding.

I tried + Alt, it doesn't do anything. Windows Vista Home Premium

And the Character map is not interactive. It doesn't even have an alt key??!!?

Anyone from MI been there lately? I haven't been there in almost two years and was wondering if it was still there. The only reason I ask is because Hamtramck (im told) is being taken over by ****** people doing ****** things.

Going to MI in August and was definitely going to stop in.......

Language / My Polish keyboard setting doesn't include all characters [9]

as you can see it doesn't include all the unique characters (-,Ń,Ę,Ć missing).....Is there a seperate keystroke to get the others? It is the only polish option i get. TIA.
