News / Poland..wake up to a multicultural world [1059]

Please read Darwin and the history books. People moved from Africa to other climates where they evolved (turning white!!) as they are right now. So, forward, in what sense?

The climate must have agreed with them then. The white people built great cities, in which we stuill live in today The blacks are stuck in limbo.. Most of them still live in mud huts and kralls. The African cities were built under European supervision. Our medical advances have cured most deseases. Africa, still has big medical problems. Need I go on?

Feedback / Why was my last post deleted and censored? [21]

Athough I disagree with her views, I have never seen where she wrote anything that were derogatory to anybody. She is a very intelligent girl, and handles her dissents very diplomatically. NO, there is no way that anyone can convince me that her post should have been deleted.

[quote=Misty

I have a friend who won't return to Poland because where she lives she sees too much intolerance. She likes the UK for the fact it is more tolerant (about more issues than race). She has friends here from Romania, England, Philippines, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Sweden and France which she enjoys and learns from. She says she wouldn't have this opportunity in Poland (at least where she comes from).[/quot

This is great. Wouldn't it be nice if all of you liberals could live together with your colored friends? Maybe Y'all could get a small island or maybe even Ireland, and form your own enclave. The world can learn a lot from you. That way there would be no discontent. A separate world.. That sounds good to me.

A slum is a building not a person.

This might be true in Europe.. In America we call them slum neighborhoods or Ghetto's.

Same as Coloureds instead of coloreds.
Tyre instead of tire.
Honour instead of honor.

Seems like we have a language barrier.. But then again We Yanks are a bunch of mongrels. But a sturdy breed, not interbred

Does anyone know the difference between poverty stricken area, and slum??

A poverty stricken area is a place that was devastated by an economic slump. These people will work themselves out of it.

A slum is a place where no one gives a damn. They are parasites living off of the labor of other people. They are the lowest form of life in existence. TRASH

Well, there are slums in UK history too. Poverty often causes that more than anything else.

Misty. If these undesirables would get a job, there would be no poverty. There are multitudes of black people in the Us that went to school and worked themselves out of poverty. They discarded their African culture, and adopted to live in the western culture. These are people that I look up to.. We have brilliant black people in America, and I look up to them. It is the trash that is giving them a bad name..

Up to ten kids with no father, living off of the dole.. Yeah sure.. You can have them

Sokrates: multiracial or cultural society sucks anal orifice.

you dont have the vaguest idea what multicultural society can truely give you

and this is you loss

i pity you for your ignorance

Allow me to tell you what a multicultural society did for me.

#1 I was raised in a Polish, German, Italian, and Bohemian neighborhood.
#2 It all started after WW2. The minorities started what is known as block busting. Some liberal white crook came in and offered ridiculous prices for real estate. Some people sold.

#3 It was not long that they placed a black family in the homes.
The neighborhoods panicked. They started to sell their homes for a fraction of their worth. The same crook bought them up.
#4 It was not long before the neighborhood disintegrated.. People fled in panic
#5 The schools that we attended were no longer safe. There were many cases of shootings and stabbings
# 6 Drugs became common place. Each corner was occupied by junkies and drunks. No body worked.
#7 After the flight of the whites, the neighborhood turned into a ghetto.
It goes much further than that. But whats the use.. You people will have to learn for yourselves. It just gets better.

USA, Canada / $13 a week for the American people, but $30,000,000.00 for endangered mice [4]

This is what the Democrats stimulus bill presented to the American people.. This is but one goodie.. Way to go Obama

Buzz up!UPDATED:

Talk about a pet project. A tiny mouse with the longtime backing of a political giant may soon reap the benefits of the economic-stimulus package.

Lawmakers and administration officials divulged Wednesday that the $789 billion economic stimulus bill being finalized behind closed doors in Congress includes $30 million for wetlands restoration that the Obama administration intends to spend in the San Francisco Bay Area to protect, among other things, the endangered salt marsh harvest mouse.

Europe is the future, America is on its way out[/quote]

Hmm, I just fail to see a mass exodus of Americans fleeing to Poland. What I do see are a lot of Poles trying to come to America. I wonder why?

Life / Bisons of Poland - your thoughts? [90]

I wonder how closely the Bison is related to the American Buffalo?. At one time they were damn near decimated in the American West.. They are now protected and are thriving.[

USA, Canada / No US Visa Waiver for Poles - 8/9/07 [96]

In US this is illegal but in Poland it's commonly done and unfortunately they bring with them illegal and dishonest ways.

Krysia. Yes it is illegal in the states to turn the mileage back. But there are still unscrupulous small car lots doing it.

It has been a long time since I left the Polish enclave. I am surprised as to what you are saying about the latest Polish arrivals. I believe you, for I have been out of touch, and have no knowledge of this.. Interesting.

Travel / Is Poland mostly plains? [57]

My father learned from his father, but my knowledge far surpasses his, so I eat many species that he's never even bothered to pick. I love it. In fact, one of the potential ways I could convince my wife to let me go back is to organize a mushroom foray there, bringing people with me from my local clubs.

A very interesting story..
Did you live in the City of NY? If so, no wonder you left

How much different are the mushrooms in Poland, than those in the states?

What do you do to make a living? Or are you financially independent

Was your wife satisfied with this transition? Is she of Polish decent?

USA, Canada / Why would someone leave Poland for the US? [120]

SeanBM:
I look forward to Americans coming BACK here for work and complaining :)

NEVER! Not in a million years. I have more work now than I ever had.. I am hiring on.

that is not true of thos who came to USA in the last 20-30 years. a lot, and i mean a lot of educated people skipped Poland because of the commie opression

This is not what I was told by a Polish doctor from Warsaw
He told me that he makes a staggering amount of more money in the US, than he ever made in Poland.

Our hospitals are full of Polish and Ukranian care givers.

USA, Canada / Why would someone leave Poland for the US? [120]

I liked Frania's answer. They had to have a reason to leave Poland. Even today, Poles are looking for sponsors to come to the USA. I realize that some go back.. But the majority stay. I suppose that there sour grapes in a lot of people.
