Do I look Polish? (Part II -- Much more detail than other topic)

I find the poles look the least asian of all the slavs there eyes are very rounded/large with a downward slant,some look very jewishy too.

You look WHITE, for christ sake I have seen people look just like you who are german, british, swiss, french etc.

There is NO polish look, just as there is no british or german look.

So you happen to be an expert on Polish looks now ? Fascinating that a law student would be so well travelled and so knowledgeable about Polish looks.

There is a certain type of "Polish face".When living in the uk i used to guess who was who by the look of one's face.I could recognize 99.9% of the Poles i saw on the streets.we look a bit different.

I posted 3 messages but im still unable to send private mail. I wanted to send my gggrandfathers picture to see what you think about it. I do have a resemblance but my family first arrived here in the beginning of the 1800s, and well a lot can happen in 200 years. So the ancestry is so mixed at this point with Irish/English/Spanish/Native American im not surprised. But hey, I still have a Polish last name. lol.

I found this thread really interesting...
Im always being told how eastern european I look and asked so many times where im from. I always found that daft, I mean I look like me. In my eyes a white lass, very dull.

Im a brit (Well at least thats what I say too complex to go into the whole, well my mother is this and my father is that etc etc)

But upon testing for a blood disorder I have and being told its far more common in the east I asked my mum who is polish how much Polish do I have? She said, far more than your brother. I thought he had the most as he has the dark hair and dark eyes whereas (though I dye my hair dark) I am fairer and have blue eyes. My polish friend said to me oh yes you have the dirty skin!!!!

I was well PO'd!!!!
But its true there is a colouring that so isnt English its like a tinted beige hahaha (pic on profile) colour especially on my hands/knuckles. Its only when I hold them against my mothers that I see its normal, for us. Now im older Im certainly proud of it, it sets me apart from the typical English roses, nice as they are.

If I were to meet you in the street though I wouldnt know. But then if its just the grandparents maybe its quite diluted? Youve a lovely face wherever it comes from :) And its nice youre proud of your roots. My other friend is part Polish and doesnt want to know about it at all. He says its not who he is. But both his parents are Poles and it is who he is (unless theres something they arent telling him) Im sure he will regret it when he has children. I cant wait to take my son to Poland and show him everything.

i always get told that i look russian or jewish, but then i tell them nope im christian & the only e.euro blood ive got is a pinch of czech & polish, after that they normaly say "oh"

personaly i think i look french with a hint of e.e. lol im starting to sound like a recipe!

ok i looked all over the internet for a scientific way to find out what you look like so this thing u can measure ur face to see how polish it is lol i think its kinda weird but i did it & it said i had a czech face so i guess it works kinda like what the nazis used but they were bad ur just doing this for fun

Poles have blond hair, brown hair, dark brown hair and some even have red hair.
Poles have blue eyes, brown eyes, hazel eyes, gray eyes and even green eyes.
Poles are tall, medium and short in height.
Poles have very fair skin, fair skin, and some have a tinted light tan or even olive skin.

idk but when i went to my friends baptism me & my mom stood out big time see my friend is mormon & they all look a certian way like in there faces & stuff & we didnt look like them they could imeatiatly tell that we wernt morom it was kinda creepy :o


poles can also be black or white or asian or any colour they wanna be & look how ever they wanna look!
