Kolodjiojryki / Kohodjiojryki; what ethnicity and meaning

Can anybody help me. A grandmother in our family (on mothers side) was from Krotoszyn in Posen Poland, born in 1902. We are looking for any information about the name, ethnicity or meaning of her name. A cousin sent these spellings (Kolodjiojryki / Kohodjiojryki) from a document she has in her safe deposit box. She said she was not sure she had copied it correctly because it was hard to read. We know that Russia had control of this area at times... Not sure of the origins.

this is the closest I can find:
"Tomasz Kołodziejczak (1967-) is a Polish science fiction and fantasy writer"
From wikipedia.

A name check at Ellis Island Records does not bring up a perfect match.

Wait for Polonius3 to post on this thread. He usually has the answer to this type of question.

We are looking for any information about the name, ethnicity or meaning of her name.

Is this her maiden name or married name ?
Have you checked her marriage / death records ?
Have you checked her naturalization records ? That is, if she went to the USA.
Have you checked your mother's papers ?
If this is your mums mum then you might find grans maiden name on your mums birth certificate.
