Grajewo and information about Camilia Tuzinowski required

I am looking for information on my grandmother, Camilia Tuzinowski, or is it Tuzinowska?
She was born in Grajewo in 1895 and came to America around 1913. She had a sister named either Jadwega or Edith. Her father was a fisherman named Frank.

Is there any place I can find out her ancestors?

I am no expert in this field - but I guess you should try to contact church authorities in Grajewo - church institutions often keep their records indefinitely, so unless the records were somehow destroyed you should find a trace of Kamila and link to her ancestors there
