Not sure that I understand what you're seeking. You wanna find the actual farm? Any idea of the name of the village near Toruń? Did they own the farm or did they work on it as what we would now call serfs?
Where did you get the 1859 date? So many farms changed hands among landowners or were subdivided among descendent sons that it'd be difficult to know for sure. On the other hand, many municipal offices in Poland these days have surprisingly complete records, even though they're in German or Russian. In your case, there may be records in German, as Toruń was part of Prussian in the mid-19th century. If the family name is Funk, they might have been speakers of German as well.
