how to find Zofia Teresa Zatwornicka who had lived in Warsaw?

I'm looking for some informations about Zofia Teresa Zatwornicka.
She was born somewhere in Ukraine, Kolomyisky Raion, in 1922.
Her father was Mikolaj Zatwornicki and her mother Stanislawa Zrazewska.
She moved to Warsaw very young, and her mother died in the WW2.
I know for sure that she had lived in Warsaw untill eighties and then she left Poland.
She worked for a company called ASTRA, which was producing sport clothes and such. The company doesnt exist anymore.
She was married once, but I don't know the name of her husband.All I know is that she became a widow and had no children.

I would like to find some possible relatives or some of her friends in Warsaw.
I don't know her last address and there is no one in the Phone Book under the name Zatwornicka in Warsaw.
I have checked the archive and pension fund, but there are simply no informations about her. It is as if she had never been there...

So, I was thinking if someone might have some advice or suggestion on how to find something about her in Warsaw and where to look for!

Sadowski; sister-in-law of Frances Ferguson of FL; cousin of Danuta and Stanley Remiszewski of Belle Vernon; dear and loving friend of John and Hilda Dziadyk. Also survived by many friends in Pittsburgh as well as in Poland.

Thanks for this information and thanks for your effort! But the thing is that I have already known this.....I have been trying to find something abor her life in Warsaw, before she left for USA and that is what seems to be impossible, even though she lived there all her life and had friends and maybe some family.
