Last night on UKFOOD tv channel

a polish female called Marta nearly made it into the semi final of masterchef live cooking three easy dishes from just basic ingredients:
she prepared a mushroom soup .. pierogi cottage cheese one and then a baked apple with coconut sauce

and the presenters were like wow!

thought i would share :)

I thought she got kicked out nearer the beginining and she cooked bigos might have been another Polish woman

Uk Food? Isn't that on BBC? Hmm.. we have it on BBC here, love the show & have seen her on it before, she did some placki too the first time she came on :)

no sparrow UKFood channel is a separate channel from the BBC but shows old and new food shows some that would have been shown on the BBC donkeys ago!
